The Serb Fest Hall of Fame was introduced in 2003 at a time when today's generation believed that the days of sharing Memorial Day Weekend with the elder generation of Serb Fest attendees were likely behind them. And while their attendance resumed just one year later, there was a sense that the Serb Fest torch had been passed to the next generation, and in light of this, they felt it appropriate to honor those who established Serb Fest as the time-honored tradition that it remains today. Uncertain of the future attendance of the newly inducted Serb Fest Hall of Famers, Jovan Zelenkovich offered up these words to the attendees of TR 2003 in the weeks leading up to the weekend. These words remain as relevent to today's Serb Fest almost a decade later.

Monica Stevanovic :: Serb Fest Regular

Serb Fest Origin :: Stevanovic Family
First Serb Fest :: 1980's

Family :: Zofia Stevanovic (Mother), Miomir Stevanovic (Father), Monica's Sister (Sister)

Notable Recruits :: Emma Loyfman, Eden Porsangi

Like Jovan, Monica played an important role in keeping Serb Fest alive through the transitional years of 1998-2003. She's recruited quite a few girls over the past decade, but most notably, Emma and Eden have become regulars to TR and expected attendees for many years to come!

Aleksandra Danilovic :: Serb Fest Regular

Serb Fest Origin :: Danilovic Family
First Serb Fest :: 1980's

Family :: Daca Danilovic (Father), Lela Danilovic (Mother)

Another direct decendant of TR Hall of Famers, Aleks is always expected to make an appearance at Serb Fest - even though she occassionally needs to be "talked into it"... Nevertheless, by the end of the weekend each year, she's always glad she made the trip!

Deb Boskovic :: Serb Fest Regular

Serb Fest Origin :: Boskovic Family
First Confirmed Serb Fest :: 2001

Family :: Dan Boskovic (Husband), Danica Boskovic (Daughter), Ivana Boskovic (Daughter), Bora Boskovic (Father-in-law), Cica Boskovic (Mother-in-law), Catherine Boskovic (Sister-in-law), Caroline Boskovic (Sister-in-law)

A Serb Fest Regular for the better part of a decade, Deb is the wife of Crazy Dan with the patience of a Saint.... Despite having to keep a handle on her 2 daughters, she's first in line for a good time, and she's always willing to toss you a beer from the "Mother Ship" on the Beer Float.

Emma Russo :: Serb Fest Regular

Serb Fest Origin :: Stevanovic Family
First Serb Fest :: 1993
Recruited by :: Monica Stevanovic

Family :: Igor Russo(Husband)

TR Online, as of 2009, has finally learned the details of Emma's impressive history at Serb Fest! For many years, it seems only a select few knew of the true pioneering she played a role in for her generation and to the rest of us, her history was unclear, assumed by many to have simply been attending since the late '90's when many of them had first attended. It turns out, Emma has been attending TR regularly since as early as 1993 (confirmed by an old Stevanovic Family photo). This makes her the first non-serbian friend of either Jovan or Monica to attend TR, a year before the once-thought-to-be first non-serbian attendee, Jeff Bott, made his first trip in 1994. We've always appreciated Emma's company at Serb Fest, but knowing what an extensive history she has, brings the appreciation to a new level!

Julie Berger :: Serb Fest Regular

Serb Fest Origin :: Zelenkovich Family
First Serb Fest :: 2005

Family :: Scott Berger (Husband), Grant Berger (Son), Carter Berger (Son), Jeff Berger (Brother-in-law), Erin Berger (Sister-in-law), Eloise Berger (Neice), Hazel Berger (Daughter)

In many ways, she's the "Rosa Parks of Turkey Run", breaking the infamous barrier of "No girls allowed at Turkey Run" in 2005 as Scott Berger became the first of the Fire & Ice guys to bring a significant other to Turkey Run. But even years before her first official trip to TR, she was making an impact on the weekend by providing baked goods in the Pink Sweets Cooler. Since becoming a regular attendee, she's initiated several new menu items - most notably, BBQ Pulled Pork, introduced at TR 08. She's also responsible for the creation of the Golden Cevapcici Award. In 2010 she initiated "Sangria Sunday" in an effort to establish an alternative to the Beer Float for those who graciously stay behind to watch the kids.
