If not for “Teamwork”, our great weekend would not be possible. No one person is capable of planning and fully executing all that goes into making Serb Fest great. It’s the collective effort of everyone that truly makes Serb Fest a success! We’ve saved one another’s lives while at TR. We’ve collectively moved 5 picnic tables at a time. We offer others a cold beverage when refilling our own. Take a look around next time you’re sitting at TR. There are great examples of Teamwork all around you. Granted, some certainly contribute more than others, but for the most part, the system works. Without the presence of Teamwork, we all fall down. But collectively, we rise and accomplish great things!
